Commodity Classic


A look at the tradeshow
As you might have been able to tell from my last Wordless Wednesday, My Farmer and I traveled to Nashville last week for Commodity Classic.  Commodity Classic is a national conference for corn, soybean, wheat and sorghum farmers.

The 2012 Commodity Classic has a record number for attendance - with over 6,000 attendees.  During Commodity Classic we had a great time with the Dupont Young Leader program, enjoyed attending the General Session and Tradeshow, and going to the Grand Ole Opry.  I also attended my first Tweet-Up during the conference.  My Farmer and I also enjoyed some free time, where we traveled to Lynchburg, Tennessee.

    Most supervisors acknowledge that businesses benefit from a different labor force, employee recognition for innovation yet the idea can be difficult to demonstrate or evaluate, particularly with regards to estimating what diversity means for a company's capacity to develop. However, employee recognition for innovation gives indisputable proof that diversity opens development and drives market development.
