Gifts from the Kitchen with #Celebrate365

The holiday season is here and what a better way to celebrate than by making some homemade gifts from your kitchen.  I've partnered with my Celebrate 365 co-hosts (Carlee from Cooking with Carlee, Ellen of Family Around the Table, Jan of The Tip Garden and Nicole of Tales of a Kansas Farm Mom) to throw a blog party full of DIY gift ideas!

They say the way to someone's heart is through their stomach, so why not give a homemade gift from your kitchen!  I have given my All Purpose Pork Rub as a gift many times over the year.  Make a batch, put it in a nice hinged-lid glass jar and you have a great gift for your favorite griller, smoker or home cook.

My Apple Bacon Jam would be the perfect hostess gift for your holiday parties this winter.  This jam is perfect as an appetizer or your new favorite condiment to put on burgers, panini sandwiches and more.

Now this gift idea from the kitchen isn't edible but it is a fun idea to do with your kids - homemade ornaments!  This simple 3 ingredient recipe makes durable, long lasting ornaments, that don't require you to bake them for hours.  It is a great alternative to the traditional salt dough ornaments.
