15–16 oz jar of your favorite salsa
1 (10.75 oz) can nacho cheese soup
8 oz sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded nacho cheese blend (for topping)
Instructions
Cook the chorizo in a skillet until fully cooked.
Add ingredients to the crockpot: Place frozen hashbrowns in the crockpot, then add cooked chorizo, salsa, nacho cheese soup, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Stir well until everything is evenly combined.
Top with cheese: Sprinkle the shredded nacho cheese blend evenly over the top.
Cook on low for 4 hours, or until hot, bubbly, and the hashbrowns are tender.
Serve with scrambled or over‑easy eggs for the ultimate breakfast bowl. Or serve with tortillas and extra salsa for an easy taco night dish. Garnish with avocado, green onions or a dollop of sour cream.
