For the last 11 years my extended family had decided it was a good idea to jump in my uncle and aunt's farm pond on the Saturday closest to April 1st. This year LP became the youngest person ever to participate in the April Fools' Pond Plunge with 36 degree water and 45 degree outside temperature! LP said it was cold and a lot of fun!

This made me cold just looking at the pictures. I absolutely love the last picture of you and LP! Adorable!!! No family traditions like this one, that is for sure although we do have a big ceramic nose that gets passed around from family to family . :-) Weird, I know.

ReplyDeleteIt is a great time. What makes it really fun is that we have someone video tape it and then we all watch the video tape after dinner. It is almost fun to do it as it is to watch it afterwards. Some people's reactions are priceless!
