♫ To do doo, to do do doo. To do doo, to do do do do doo.
The Final Cone-Down. Oh... oh. It's the Final Cone-Down. ♫
Sorry, I just had to do it! When Blue Bunny told me about their #FinalConeDown campaign, I couldn't help but think of Europe's classic song (The Final Countdown), and I couldn't help but think of everything I love about summer that is coming to an end!
The #FinalConeDown reminds us that summer is coming to an end, but it still isn't too late to enjoy those favorite things from summer. And for our family, that means picnics! Yes, we do picnic all year long by spreading a blanket in our living room, but there is something extra special about picnicking on our deck, or at our favorite park. We were lucky to be able to picnic last week, and LP and MP loved having some of Blue Bunny's Champ! Chocolate Lovers Ice Cream Cones for dessert (the kids' choice!). If you are looking for a chocolate fix you've got to try these ice cream cones - chocolate ice cream, chocolate topping and chocolate cone. It is a chocolate lover's dream put into one, simple, cone.
To celebrate the final days of summer, down to the very last cone, Blue Bunny is hosting a #FinalConeDown campaign. You can get involved in the fun a few ways:
- Visit Blue Bunny's Facebook page everyday from now through September 22 for a chance to win cool prizes, including personal electronics and gear.
- Take a picture of how you're enjoying the last days of summer. Add the hashtags #FinalConeDown and #BlueBunnyWinBig and post to Twitter or Instagram. You'll receive a message from Blue Bunny with a link to click and confirm on. And then you're entered for some cool prizes! You can learn more on the #FinalConeDown website.
- You can watch Blue Bunny's #FinalConeDown video:
- and you can enter to win FREE Blue Bunny product on my blog! I'm giving away 5 FREE Blue Bunny coupons for ice cream, ice cream sandwiches or ice cream cones to my readers.

Gardens and their harvest! --Oh and that song is still playing in my head. I grew up on the group Europe's songs. Long live big hair! LOL

ReplyDeleteWhen do you usually pack the camper up for the year? Camping is so much fun and love seeing how the adventures your family goes on.
DeleteMy favorite part of summer is the warm weather. Warm weather is always better than cold weather.
ReplyDeleteI'm happy I live in an area with all four seasons so I can appreciate all of them!
DeleteI just love hanging out with my kids. We visit an Amusement Park that is fairly close by about a dozen times during the summer, we love rollercoasters!
ReplyDeleteHow fun and nice for you! Roller coasters are awesome!
DeleteI love the warm weather, I have arthritis and hurt from around Nov-May
ReplyDeleteThat would be a reason to love summer. Hope you can find relief during the non-summer months.
DeleteI like taking road trips with my family.
ReplyDeleteI'm a big fan of road trips too! So much fun!
DeleteMy favorite part of this summer was raising monarchs! I initially just planted a bunch of milkweed...but then found something would eat the babies and 2 of my chrysalis that were out there. So....I started bringing them all inside to keep them safe! Had to cut milkweek everyday for them.....we ending up releasing over 50 monarchs! Now that they are all on their way...I sure do miss them! So fun to watch them grow!
ReplyDeleteThat is neat!
DeleteI love ice cream! (and spending time with my family!)
ReplyDeleteI love spending time with my kids....and that usually includes an afternoon ice cream.
ReplyDeleteAfternoon ice cream is the best on a hot, summer day!
DeleteSwimming! I always miss being able to swim when the weather changes.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite part of summer is swimming when the temperature is at least 80 degrees outside.
