Country Fair Blog Party: April 2016

This is no joke, it is April 1st and time for a new Country Fair Blog Party!  Before I share how you can link-up to this month's Blog Hop, here are my Blue Ribbon Winners from March's Country Fair Blog Party:

Country Fair Blog Party Blue Ribbon Winner: Midwestern at Heart's Homemade Oreos
Every month the Country Fair Blog Party is full of awesome recipes!  This month's Blue Ribbon recipe is Midwestern at Heart's Homemade Oreos!  I had homemade oreos for the first time at a friend's wedding last summer, so when I saw that Nicole shared the recipe, I had to check it out!  These are both delicious and a fun treat for entertaining, or as Nicole recommends - a perfect remedy for a bad day ;)

Country Fair Blog Party Blue Ribbon Winner: Laura Unearthed's Living in Full House is like Living in a Farm House
My next Blue Ribbon Winner comes from Laura Unearthed.  Maybe it is because I'm a Full House fan too, but I loved her Living in Full House is like Living in a Farm House post.  Laura shares 10 ways that Full House is similar to living on the farm.  My favorite reasons are that marrying into the family require a more understanding person than most and that family matters.  Check out Laura's post and share what your favorite reasons are or tell me and Laura what some of your ideas are!

County Fair Blog Party Blue Ribbon Winner: My Other More Exciting Self's How I Met Teacher Man
My final Blue Ribbon Winner is My Other More Exciting Self's How I Met Teacher Man post.  I love hearing other people's "love stories".  I think for most of us, our love story isn't what we'd imagine it to be, but we wouldn't change it for anything now.  The same goes for Lara and her husband, Teacher Man.  Lara never imagined finding her future husband in her hometown or through her younger sister, but everything aligned and 20 years later they're still going strong. :)

Join the Country Fair Blog Party by linking up to 3 of your favorite food, family, farming, crafts, canning, etc. posts!
I can't wait to see what great posts get linked up to this month's Country Fair Blog Party.  Country Fairs are all about food, family, friends, farming, animals, arts and crafts, canning, baking and more.  And that is what our our blog hop is all about too.  Feel free to join our Country Fair by linking up to 3 of your posts.  This blog hop is a great opportunity to check out new blogs, and if you blog yourself, have your posts reach a new audience.  Be sure to visit some other party goers and let them know you are stopping by through the Country Fair Blog Party.
