While I was getting ready for today's Iowa vs Iowa State football game I got to thinking about tailgating food and what I wanted to make to help me cheer loud for my Cyclones. As I was thinking about what would make the best crowd-pleasing spread, I decided there are 4 categories needed at every tailgate (to go along with your choice of drink): Meat, Carbs, Salty & Savory Snacks, and Sweet Treats.
