Are you looking for the perfect dip that’s a hit at tailgates and holiday gatherings? This pickle wrap dip recipe brings together everything you love about those irresistible pickle wraps in an easy, crowd-pleasing dip! My family loves pickle wraps, but when I don’t have the time to roll and slice, this Pickle Wrap Dip is my go-to shortcut for that same savory, tangy, and creamy flavor combination we all crave. This easy, three-ingredient recipe is perfect for using up leftover ham and takes just minutes to make.
All you need is one 8 oz package of cream cheese, 1 cup of diced ham and about 10 chopped baby dill pickles. Blend everything with a hand mixer and add a splash of pickle juice to reach your desired consistency. Serve it with your favorite crackers, and watch it disappear!
Pickle Wrap Dip
Chop the baby dill pickles into bite size pieces and place them in a medium sized bowl with the cream cheese and diced ham. Using a hand mixer, blend the ingredients until well combined. Add pickle juice one tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency. (I typically use a couple tablespoons.)
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. This can be made in advance for convenience. Serve with your favorite crackers on the side. Each cracker topped with the dip makes for a perfect crunchy and creamy bite!
I hope you enjoy this easy Pickle Wrap Dip as much as my family does! What are some of your favorite dips to serve during the holidays? Let me know in the comments — I’d love to hear your go-to recipes!
